Passengers arriving to Ireland from Estonia to restrict their movements from 21 September

On 15 September, the Irish Government agreed that, for the period ahead, this ‘green list’ will be updated on a weekly basis, to include EU / EEA countries with a 14 day cumulative number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 of 25 or less, based on the latest data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). Updates will be made on the basis of data each Thursday, with changes taking effect from the following Monday.

As a result, Estonia has been removed from the list and passengers arriving to Ireland from Estonia are requested to restrict their movements from 00.00 on Monday 21 September.
